GEIO Responds to the Dutch Consultation on EU Pay Transparency

GEIO responded to the Dutch government’s public consultation on the draft decree implementing the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
The response sets out how pay gap reporting should work for the Employer of Record model and asks the government to clarify how the obligations apply when the receiving company is the one that sets pay.
